As you know, being connected to Nature is vital for me, and it is my main source of inspiration! I’m always in awe of all the biodiversity and always take a moment to take pictures of blossoming flowers. We, people, should blossom too. We should all show and be proud of our own unique colors and shapes without comparing ourselves to others. A rose and a bird-of-paradise have nothing in common, yet they are both beautiful! So while I was contemplating blossoming flowers the Kundalini Yoga Meditation to Blossom into your Full Potential came into my mind. Yogi Bhajan taught it on January 29th 1979.
It is said that when prayers or nothing else seems to work, if you practice this meditation they will work. The person doing this meditation will blossom into his/her entire potentital. This meditation activates the area of the vagus nerve, and extends the brain to Infinity.
Don’t forget to Tune in before with the Adi Mantra (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times) and the Mangala Charan Mantra (Aad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Dev-ay Nameh 3 times). Then close your practice with the Longtime Sun and Sat Nam (3 times)
